We genuinely hope you are satisfied with your purchase! Due to sanitary/health reasons, Lashes/Jewelry are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a product is defective, you must notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your item to be eligible for refund/exchange and paid return shipping by us.

PLEASE NOTE: If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is returned back to us, you are responsible for the reshipment fee. Double check that the address you provided is 100% correct.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your item you’re return/exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges
